When your order is shipped. An invoice will be emailed with the Shipping Company and the Tracking Number.

NO RETURNS can be made without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from our Customer Service Team.

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed with an authorization number, you have 15 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Return must include the packing slip or proof of purchase (invoice/receipt). We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require authorization number from one of our customer service team to be clearly printed on the package being returned.

We will gladly replace damaged or defective merchandise when notified of the problem.

In store purcheses can be returned within 15 days of purchase with receipt. No proof of purchase then an in store credit will issued in the form of gift card, no refund will be given.

No returns accepted on Custom, Special Orders or Seasonal Items.
